Eric is an investment professional with over 15 years of experience in private equity and entrepreneurship. His passion for investing led him to found ECP, where he focuses on partnering with founders to build on the businesses they’ve created.

At ECP, Eric leads all aspects of the investment process and portfolio management, utilizing his Advisory team for business insights and value creation strategies. With a hands-on approach post-acquisition, he works closely with management teams to accelerate growth.
